Key Responsibilities:
System Support & Enhancement:
- Provide ongoing support for the Workday HCM suite, including modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Learning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and suggest system improvements or configuration changes.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage releases to ensure seamless and effective system operations.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with HR, payroll, and business teams to understand and document business needs and requirements for Workday configurations and customizations.
- Analyze business processes and propose solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and configuration.
System Configuration & Optimization:
- Lead Workday configuration for various HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize Workday system performance, ensuring smooth operations and system updates are properly managed.
- Provide data analysis and report development support for HR and business teams, utilizing Workday’s reporting tools and functionality.
