Established trend driven fashion company has an immediate need to bring on Associate/ Assistant Technical Designer to join their team.

Duties include the following:

-Creating design-based technical packs, including sketches and callouts.

- Utilizing PLM software to manage product lifecycle and communicate with factories.

- Providing fit comments and collaborating with factories to ensure quality standards are met.

- Working closely with partners in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) department.

- Logging samples and maintaining production records.

- Using intermediate Excel skills to organize and analyze data related to product development.

- Demonstrating basic knowledge of pattern making for design purposes.

-communicate with outside vendors

Qualification:

Qualifications

• 2+ years design, development or technical design experience

• Outstanding interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator a must

• Proficient with Microsoft Office a must

• Must have sketching abilities in Illustrator
