Aska is a fine dining, two Michelin-starred restaurant run by Swedish chef Fredrik Berselius. Aska serves a 12-14 course tasting menu in an intimate ten-table dining room.
The Chef de Partie is involved in all aspects of production, managing a station, as well as presenting tableside. This is a unique role that requires a hybrid of execution and guest interaction.
