The vibrant corporate office of a high-profile consumer brand is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Front Office Assistant / Corporate Events Assistant to join their collaborative and growing team. This role is central to creating a welcoming and engaging environment within the office, where you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and team members. You will play a key role in leading and coordinating major corporate office events, maintaining a positive office culture, and supporting the HR team in fostering employee engagement and onboarding processes. This is an onsite/in-office position, ideal for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual with a passion for building relationships and creating exceptional experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Leadership : Serve as the face of the firm, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, employees, and clients. Ensure that every visitor receives a positive experience and is directed appropriately.
  • Corporate Event Coordination : Lead and assist in organizing and executing major office events, such as monthly team-building activities, corporate meetings, lunches, holiday celebrations, and more. Ensure these events reflect the company’s culture and are seamless, engaging, and memorable.
  • HR Team Collaboration : Work closely with the HR team to support new hire onboarding, employee engagement activities, and the overall employee experience. Act as a point of contact for any employee needs and assist with coordinating HR initiatives.
  • Office Culture and Engagement : Help lead and contribute to the office’s culture by organizing social events, celebrating milestones, and fostering an inclusive, positive work environment. Act as a role model for company values and culture.
  • Administrative Support : Handle incoming calls and inquiries, schedule meetings, and assist with the distribution of internal and external communications. Manage mail and packages, and support facilities needs, including liaising with vendors for maintenance and building services.
  • Special Projects : Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned, ensuring that tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as administration, hospitality, or operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
  • A passion for creating engaging experiences and contributing to a company’s culture
