Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 / year DOE
Private Client Services Associate Responsibilities: - Onboard new clients, managing all steps from initial contact to full integration
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings with advisors, ensuring seamless communication and preparation
- Respond to client inquiries and handle money movement or transfer requests via phone, email, or virtual meetings
- Prepare client-facing materials, such as reports and marketing documents, for meetings or presentations
- Manage data entry, filing, and follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all client interactions
Private Client Services Associate Requirements: - Bachelor s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a legal assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with scheduling and client interactions
