A leading financial services firm in the investment advisory space, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Client Service & Operations Associate to support the firm s day-to-day operations. This position involves working closely with managing partners and remote advisors to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, paperwork accuracy, and maintenance of client records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Client Service and Operations Associate Responsibilities:
  • Manage client onboarding, including paperwork and fund subscriptions, ensuring smooth and accurate processing for all clients
  • Provide operational support to managing partners and remote advisors, addressing client requests and coordinating daily tasks
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring partners and advisors are prepared with all necessary documents
  • Run reports and perform data checks to ensure client account accuracy, supporting advisors with prep for meetings and updates
  • Liaise with clients, accountants, and tax professionals, ensuring smooth communication and support on client matters
  • Update and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, ensuring timely, correct, and accessible information
Client Service and Operations Associate Executive Assistant Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in a client-facing role within financial services
  • Proficient in Excel, including document formatting and data entry
  • Previous experience with Schwab, Tamarac, or Wealthbox is a plus
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email, with a customer service orientation
