This position works closely with Wealth Management Advisors to assist with the wealth management and financial planning needs of high-net-worth clients. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for data gathering, case design, scenario building, financial plan development and implementation, and client project administration. Client Services Associate Responsibilities: - Provide direct support to Wealth Management Advisors in servicing high-net-worth clients
- Gather and organize financial data, perform analyses (e.g., retirement, cash flow, insurance), and draft financial plans
- Collaborate with client's attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors to obtain necessary information and ensure accuracy
- Prepare materials for client meetings and attend meetings to provide support and manage follow-up tasks
- Handle client inquiries, analyze special requests (e.g., mortgage or Social Security analysis), and deliver solutions promptly
- Assist with client account maintenance and ongoing portfolio management tasks
- Contribute to the firm's growth through proactive client service and adherence to high standards of excellence
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Client Services Associate Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client service within the financial services or wealth management industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data organization and presentation skills
- Familiarity with financial planning software
- Series 65 securities license required
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and knowledge of the Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and polish
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
