Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Ensure optimization of the reservation system (Resy) to achieve year over year cover
count growth while maintaining targeted guest satisfaction metrics.
? Remain current with Info@ mailbox and reply.
? Opening and Closing Shifts on the Manager Schedule.
? Attend Manager Meetings.
? Respond to all positive reviews.
? Participate in guest recovery during service.
? Lead front desk operations.
? Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
? Lead guest service on the floor and touch all tables.
? Ensure the highest level of hospitality is being displayed during shifts.
? Enforce standards for personnel performance and customer service.
? Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
? Ensure that employees comply with health and food safety standards.
? Collect, review and report guest feedback.
? Performs additional duties as assigned.

? Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
? Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s
operating area.
? Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be available Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
