The role of Assistant General Manager consists of but is not limited to: overseeing the staff and overall Food and Beverage operations of the Restaurant and Nightclub, identifying business opportunities scheduling employees, monitoring the performance of the service team, staff training, onboarding, hiring and disciplinary, managing complaints, and ensuring the best service for our guests, managing P&L, COGS and inventory systems. The Assistant General Manager will be a clear leader and display a cheerful disposition and passion for his/her role. They must maintain a high level of integrity and be relied upon to complete tasks consistently. They are also expected to adapt to difficult situations, solve problems and make decisions when necessary.
