Job Overview – Allergy Nurse (LPN or RN): Take on a rewarding role with our client as an Allergy Nurse in Suffolk County, NY. Compensation: $33 - $42/hour (Dependent on Experience)
Location: Suffolk County, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities as the Allergy Nurse: n
n- Patient Care: Administer allergy injections, monitor patients, and perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug, and chemical) and pulmonary function testing.
n- Clinical Support: Assist physicians with patient care and respond to patient calls and messages.
n- Administrative Tasks: Complete insurance approvals, data entry, and restock clinical supplies as needed.
n- Patient Education: Provide information and guidance to patients about procedures and treatment plans.

Qualifications for the Allergy Nurse: n
n- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
n- Licensure: Active RN or LPN license required.
n- Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
n- Experience: Previous clinical or allergy care experience preferred.
n- Skills: Demonstrates excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, with outstanding customer service skills and proficiency in computer systems.
n- Attributes: Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and adaptable in a clinical setting, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
