Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, Wisconsin to find a reliable Laser Operator for 2nd shift.nnPay: $18.82 to $23+ (Based on Experience)nnShift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pmnnResponsibilitiesnnSet up and operate Amada and Mitsubishi NC/NCL lasers and Messer plasma systems.nnCheck material thickness, load materials, and de-nest parts while removing laser oxide.nnMeet time standards and quality expectations for assigned tasks; troubleshoot minor program errors.nnTrain others on laser/plasma setup and operation; cross-train across multiple platforms.nnSafely operate a forklift for material handling and complete online data collection for work tracking.nnMaintain performance logs, report production and quality control issues, and participate in preventative maintenance.nnEnsure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and perform other assigned duties as needed.nnQualifications:nnExperience in a highly technical environment with a strong background in laser or CNC operations.nnFamiliarity with overhead crane use and ability to operate a forklift.nnExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability in blueprint reading.nnCompetent in basic dimensional measuring, shop math, and understanding G and M codes.nnStrong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with the ability to work efficiently in a team.nnHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.nnMinimum of 1 year forklift experience and ability to pass a forklift assessment.nnSome of the benefits include:nnCompetitive PaynnAir Conditioned FacilitynnPotential for Pay Increase and Advancement Opportunities After Hire OnnnFree Health ClinicnnOn-the-job trainingnnAND MORE!nnPay Details: $18.82 to $23.00 per hournnBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
