The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, with a focus on social media, banner ads, and print production.
This will be remote, and 32 hours per week. You must be Ontario-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Design and produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Develop banner ads and other digital assets for online campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- 4+ years of experience working at an in-house studio or large org. (on a marketing team)
- Experience in digital design and social media design.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques.
- Ability to create visually appealing banner ads and digital content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in digital and print media.
