Position Overview

Our client, a major retail company, is seeking a talented mid level UX/UI Designer for a 4+ month contract! This is a 40 hour per week role with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on site in Marlborough, MA.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and our product. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
