We are seeking a dedicated ERP Admin to enhance business processes, develop reporting, and support a growing user base. Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, you will play a key role in managing our ERP system and supporting various technologies.

This is a direct-hire position and at this time is unable to provide sponsorship or transfer of work visas. This position requires 1-2 days/week on-site presence in Waukegan, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve efficiency through SSRS and BI development.
• Develop and debug SQL Server queries and procedures.
• Provide ERP user support and address helpdesk issues.
• Support and integrate EDI for ERP.
• Configure, integrate, and manage ERP security.
• Evaluate and implement system upgrades and patches.
• Ensure reliable backups and maintain software.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Assist with projects and provide off-hours support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Highly analytical with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with ERP systems and SQL/SSRS reporting.
• Familiarity with EDI terminology and formats is a plus.
• Strong system design and workflow identification skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with PHP or Angular is beneficial.
