EC/VC Corporate Associate - Mid/Senior-Level - New York City

The Business practice group in the New York City office of my law firm client seeks a mid/senior-level associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of emerging company work, venture capital and growth capital investment transactions, and general corporate law.

Candidates must have strong academic credentials, writing and drafting skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player.

Your will represents the interests of emerging and mature companies in significant financing and M&A transactions in many industries, including fintech, health, digital media, consumer products/food and beverage, advertising, games, enterprise, software services, and retail, among others. The group provides excellent opportunities for professional development, promotion, and cross-office work.

Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000
