Our client is seeking an Emerging Company and Venture Capital Mid-Level Associate.

This position is based in New York, San Francisco, or San Diego.

Their ECVC practice covers a broad range of industries including software, consumer products, healthcare, financial services, alternative energy, and digital media.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience at a top national law firm handling venture capital financings and related start-up work
• Experience working on M&A transactions
• Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships
• Strong organizational skills and remarkable attention to detail are required
• Operating under time pressures and still acting as a collaborative team player while handling and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines is an essential need for this role
• Admitted to the California or New York State Bar.
