A top law firm is seeking an Associate with 3-8 years of experience to join their Chambers & Partners ranked team based in their New York office.

And this will be for their Commercial Litigation Group.

The Role

Their litigation attorneys have a wealth of knowledge in order to work on a variety of domestic and foreign operations, and are looking for associates with experience in complex commercial litigation such as:

• Business Disputes
• White Collar Crime
• Real Estate
• Business Tort Disputes
• Noncompete and Trade Secret

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will be working with the firm in their Litigation Group.
• Qualified candidates must have at least two years of experience in complex commercial litigation (ideally at an AmLaw 100 or an elite boutique)
• Juris Doctor and New York Bar required.
• Strong negotiating, drafting, and teamwork skills are necessary.
