A top 50 global law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Capital Markets Attorney to join a New York office. If you have 1–6 years of experience in Corporate & Securities law and are ready to work on dynamic, high-profile capital-raising transactions, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Capital Markets Attorney, you’ll work alongside seasoned practitioners on cutting-edge matters, including:

• Public and Private Debt and Equity Offerings
• '33 and '34 Act Matters
• SEC Reporting and Corporate Governance
• Advising clients on day-to-day governance matters, including compliance with SEC and stock exchange regulations.
• Representing issuers and underwriters in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, and PIPEs.
• Collaborating on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications will have 2–6 years of experience:

• Experience working at a large law firm in New York
• JD from an accredited law school
• Public and private debt and equity offerings.
• Exchange Act reporting and SEC compliance.
• Public company disclosure obligations and governance matters.
• Strong organizational and client relationship management skills.
• The ability to thrive under deadlines while contributing as a collaborative team player.
• Admission to the state bar of your preferred office location (New York).
• MUST be a qualified Attorney
