A national plaintiff’s law firm with a focus on public advocacy has partnered with Staffing Technologies in their search for a committed Litigation Associate to support their growing clientele. With over 80 attorneys nationwide, this firm provides you with the opportunity to realize a robust benefits and compensation offering while remaining dedicated to victim’s rights.

You will be responsible for case investigation, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, document review, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial. The Portland office has a collegial atmosphere, and you will have the opportunity to work with and be mentored by experienced, successful trial attorneys. The successful candidate will serve as a second or third chair during trials with the potential to first chair trials after gaining sufficient experience.
