What You’ll Do:
Tier Response Coordination
- Oversee and manage Level 1 and Level 2 tier response tasks to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, operations) and external partners (e.g., contractors, vendors) to address challenges efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is current and organized.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Manage the team’s shared inbox, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and escalated when necessary.
- Coordinate schedules, monitor project progress, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Handle communications, ensuring smooth operations and professional correspondence.
Reporting & Data Management
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, creating summaries and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and submitted on time.
Team & Process Support
- Provide operational support to improve team efficiency, including assisting with ad hoc tasks and streamlining workflows.
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and operations for greater effectiveness.
- Ensure all tasks align with company standards and brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not required—just an eagerness to learn!
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
