We are seeking a Product Manager to join a small, motivated team to support the enhancement of programs that assist our Franchise Owner Relations Group (FORG).

This role offers a hybrid work schedule!

Position Summary:

• Provide day-to-day support for 4 portals and manage multiple applications, seeking opportunities to improve the platforms and enhance system efficiencies.
• Incorporate the voice of the customer (both internal and external) into the design and prioritization of enhancements.
• Create a roadmap for various application enhancements based on input from FORG, available resources, and budget considerations.
• Ensure the development team fully understands even the most complex requirements.
• Review completed work to ensure it meets requirements and addresses customer and business needs.
• Continuously evolve and optimize features based on feedback.
• Gather and assess application needs through interviews and requirements sessions, including customer usability reviews.
• Communicate project status clearly and in a timely manner to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders to report on status, acquire approvals, gather feedback, and secure buy-in.
• Manage small projects across multiple applications, including Renovations and Brand Health Portal.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and manage the development team using Jira or other agile tools.
• Develop and track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Monitor task completion and follow up as needed to ensure timelines are met.
• Capture feedback from users and document changes for the product backlog, as well as provide clear, thorough requirements and specifications for backlog items.
• Maintain project documentation, including testing plans, training materials, presentations, SOPs, and communication plans.
• Conduct product testing, manage issues, and document results, escalating as necessary and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to a variety of audiences, including senior management.

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proficient in Office Suite and agile tools.
• Strong Product Manager skills, proficiency in Angular and React.
