Contract-to-Hire

Working 100% in-office

Handling timesheets

Assisting with Payroll & HR duties

General administrative duties (filing, scanning, email, answering phones, etc.)

Communicating with customers and field service technicians

System: Viewpoint (not required)

Good Excel skills

Quick-learner, detail-oriented, and team player
