Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of litigation experience
  • Expertise in Federal, State (CA), and Appellate court filings (manual & e-filing)
  • Proficiency in calendaring, trial preparation, proofreading, and document processing
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Net Docs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and other office technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filings
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with calendaring tools like Compulaw or similar software
