We are looking for a motivated Production Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in factory communication and fulfillment requirements. This position involves coordinating production with offshore factories. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of production workflows, strong Excel skills, and a proactive attitude who is ready to step up and make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating offshore production activities to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor timeline and keep accurate records, utilizing Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Support additional production tasks as needed, including assisting in the training of new team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel, including data entry, analysis, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
