Ideal candidate is a strong leader to manage quality personnel including company preparation for AS9100 audits, management of quality systems, regulations, and compliance. Experience in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment

Quality management experience in aerospace component manufacturing within a continuous improvement environment using Six Sigma, 6s lean manufacturing principles, and root cause analysis to continually improve quality

• Devising and maintaining the quality system intended to assure continuous improvement and complete customer satisfaction. Further, he/ she is responsible for providing adequate resources for verification activities
• Preparing, or causing to be prepared and implemented, the quality plans, procedures, instructions, methods, and techniques that comprise the Quality System
• Assuring the quality requirement flow down for all purchase requisitions for product which will be subsequently used in product manufactured for sale to customers
• Maintaining a system for the review of customer complaints and the processing of returned material manufactured at this facility
• Maintaining a corrective and preventative action system
• Making product and process improvement recommendations and assist manufacturing, engineering, and production control in production improvement projects

Bachelor of Science Degree required
