• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field (MS a plus)

• 10+ years of proven manufacturing engineering experience

• Expertise in forming and finishing processes a plus

• Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Additional Experience:

Semi-conductor industry experience

Glass and/or Polymer manufacturing background would be a huge plus

Experience managing and developing technical teams

ERP system proficiency
