We can only consider Educator's who hold a Level II or III certification through the South Carolina Board of Education (SCBOE).
Details
- Seeking September or Oct 7th start date
- Able to complete the current school year.
- Full-time (40-hours)
- Experience working with Prekindergarten to 12th graders.
- Conduct evaluations, testing and observations onsite.
- Assists with academic, emotional, or social problems.
- Provide counseling and guidance to student's needing assistance.
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings virtually or in person, optional.
- Experience with Enrich software.
- Participate in parent meetings, special education and team meetings.
- Educate families and school staff on progress regarding goals and achievements.
- Promote positive behaviors and provide to students who are struggling.
- Understand the rules and regulations of school psychology for South Carolina.
- Team oriented environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in school psychology, education, or similar.
- Master's or Specialist degree in school psychology or educational psychological development.
- Completed a school psychologist internship in a K-12 school setting.
- Valid South Carolina School Psychologist certification
