Qualifications

- 5 + years of Project Coordinator experience

- 2 + years of Project Management experience

- Understanding Engineering experience

- Agile Development

- Preferred Front End project experience

- Expert in Keynote and Pages

- Able to Multi-task, project coordination and tracking.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to react quickly to fluctuating deadlines.

- Problem Solving: Proactive, ownership and ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving.

- Local candidate

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in Resource Planning & Allocation, Budget and Program / Project planning.

- Create Excel Spreadsheets for budget / resource allocation and tracking.

- Metrics for total budget to actuals and budgeted labor to actuals / allocations

- Coordination and reporting of project status reporting for multiple projects

- Own and update document repository / Wiki
