The Legal Operations group is looking for an experienced Business Analyst that will work closely with our Apple Matters Product Manager to analyze data, gather requirements and create/refine process models. The candidate will be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with representatives from development, data and change management to ensure project deliverables are created / submitted based upon the agreed upon schedule and align with the project stakeholder expectations.
The Business Analyst must be prepared to:
Develop and document business processes to illustrate current and future state
Gathering stakeholder feedback, categorizing and prioritizing information
Review and analyze user feedback to identify common themes, trends and recommend areas for improvement
Stay connected with users, keeping them informed about the status of their submitted recommendations
Convert user feedback into actionable user stories (within JIRA) that reflect the desirable business process
Must have worked in prior Salesforce implementation and have required Salesforce skillset
Be prepared to draft test cases that are user friendly and make sense
Confirm system meets submitted requirements by actively participating in system testing activities
Support end user testing activities by tracking progress and conducting any required follow ups
Communicate findings, recommendations and project updates to the Apple Matters core team
Must be comfortable liaising between technical and business team members
Additional Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Business Analyst
Experience in Legal Operations a plus
Experience with business process modeling; mandatory
Familiarity using Apple based tools required (JIRA, Miro, Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike); mandatory
Excellent verbal and communication skills; mandatory
Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision; mandatory
