Hancock Firm is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support our Litigation Coordinator and join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a team-oriented setting and take direction with minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities:
- Organize and update electronic files.
- Label, organize and prepare hard copy binders.
- Compose, format and proofread various materials.
- Coordinate client meetings and teleconferences.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Assist with firm calendar.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of and ability to operate general office equipment.
- Ability to work with and take direction from multiple individuals.
- Strong time management skills.
- Two years of prior experience in an office environment.
This is an on-site, full-time position. Our office is located at 4601 Washington Avenue, Suite 280, Houston, Texas 77007. Our hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday.
