Title: Construction Manager / Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a background in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in coordinating complex projects, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Duties
- Oversee all phases of project construction.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules using tools.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress and documentation.
- Lead project meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior staff members in project coordination best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and project coordination.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
