Title: Senior Tax Accountant

Job Description:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations related to personal income tax, partnership tax, trust and estate, some corporations
• Experience with tax software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Taxation or a related field
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm
• Experience with international tax compliance
• Knowledge of tax planning strategies
