Position: HVAC Field Foreman (Commercial Construction)

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Job Type: Full Time

Summary

The Field Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of construction tasks on the jobsite, attending meetings with General Contractors, coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure proper supervision and scheduling of sub-contractors, material ordering, delivery, and proper documentation and closeout of all projects.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED

At least 18 years old

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and participate in a drug-free workplace

Experience as an HVAC field foreman or superintendent in new construction

Experience in large-scale commercial construction projects

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining relationships with general contractors and internal customers

Experience in planning, coordinating crews, and monitoring performance

Knowledge of HVAC duct configurations, airflow impact, equipment installation, and operations manuals

Experience with sheet metal, duct board, and flexible duct systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

Minimum 5 years at a supervisory role in the commercial construction industry

OSHA 10/30 Certification

Bilingual (English-Spanish)

Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Construction management software (Procore or similar program) proficiency
