Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Construction Manager to help oversee and manage commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of roofing professionals, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
