Administrative Assistant
Our Waltham based client is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their busy office on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 1+ years of administrative experience, strong database skills, love numbers, have an outgoing personality and be able to handle the day-to-day administrative duties for the office.
Compensation: 52K-55K

Responsibilities:
- Provides day to day administrative support for office
- Responsible for answering phones, taking messages
- Processing invoices
- Runs reports and gathers research for reports
- Sort and distribute mail
- Maintains vendor and industry relationships
- Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative office experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks Online
- Ability to work effectively individually and on a team
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to details
