Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm to find an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal for their Colorado office. This is a remarkable opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in civil litigation to contribute to a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing expert support in civil litigation matters.
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Coordinating with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient case management.
- Assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial notebooks.
- Handling electronic filing of legal documents in various courts.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting, with a focus on civil litigation.
- ABA paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift
