Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: East Hanover, NJ

Pay: $90k - $125k

Type: Direct hire

Industry: Manufacturing - Metal Stamping / Injection Molding

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to execute HR and talent strategies, focusing on recruiting, retention, and succession planning
• Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Oversee onboarding, exit interviews, and open enrollment
• Manage employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations
• Handle training programs and update the HR system (Paylocity)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Five (5) years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Knowledge of payroll/HRIS systems like Paylocity or ADP
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
