TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an entry level Prospecting & Cold-Calling Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for territory research and outbound cold calling prospective clients, setting up meetings, and generating qualified leads for our Business Development Representatives. Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our staffing and recruiting services.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the TRS sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in Bullhorn CRM
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for cold calls and meetings set.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve outreach strategies.
• Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in the staffing and recruiting sector.
• Other related duties as required by management.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of experience in a similar meeting-setting position.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and meeting scheduling.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
