About the Role

We seek an experienced Implementation Manager to drive supplier performance, safety compliance, and process improvements in telecom construction. In this role, you’ll partner directly with suppliers, conduct on-site visits, and analyze performance metrics to foster continuous improvement and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and resolve site discrepancies in real time.
• Analyze performance metrics like cycle times, quality, and tool utilization, and develop solutions to address gaps.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on-site and implement improvements in processes, tools, and working methods.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline supplier processes and drive market-wide improvements.
• Act as an advocate for safety, quality, and continuous improvement across multiple markets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years in construction/project management, deployment, or telecom-related roles.
• Skills: Supplier management, performance analytics, root-cause analysis, and strong communication.
• Knowledge: OSHA safety compliance is required; familiarity with telecom equipment and tools is a plus.
• Behavioral Competencies: Self-starter, problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Ericsson equipment and tools is a plus
