Requirements:

• Personal Injury plaintiff experience
• Multiple openings for Attorneys with between 2 and 20 years experience
• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake consultations and evaluate case viability
• Analyze client claims by gathering relevant facts and documentation
• Perform legal research, draft motions, and provide strategic case analysis
• Plan and manage oral and written discovery
• Represent clients in court appearances
