Our client, based in Charlotte, United States, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as a permanent Healthcare Project Architect. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead architectural projects that make significant impacts on community health environments.

The Healthcare Project Architect's key responsibilities will include:

• Lead project teams through all phases of healthcare-related architecture.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives.
• Utilize Revit expertise for efficient and innovative building designs.
• Preparing project designs and plans that integrates engineering elements into a unified design
• Meet client's needs and expectations

The Healthcare Project Architect's Qualifications should include:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience working within the field of architecture
• with specific involvement in large-scale healthcare projects such as hospitals, medical office buildings, skilled nursing, surgical centers, out-patient centers
• Must hold licensure as a Project Architect
• Must have experience in Revit
• Healthcare experience in required
• NCARB Certification is preferred
• LEED Certification is preferred
