Benefits and Pay Range:

• $60,000 - $95,000
• Generous Benefits Package

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, resolve operational issues, set performance goals, and ensure safety.
• Prioritize schedules for shipments, coordinate logistics and deliveries.
• Optimize layout, enforce best practices, lead training initiatives, and implement process enhancements.
• Communicate with departments for timely shipping, adhere to safety regulations, and maintain protocols.
• Generate reports, monitor inventory, and set warehouse and team objectives with leadership input.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience
• Skilled in supporting and implementing new technologies effectively.
• Ability to manage a team
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
