Responsibilities and Duties:
- Project Cost Estimation: Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines.
- Bid Preparation: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competitive bids and proposals, ensuring adherence to client requirements and company policies.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best value and alignment with project specifications.
- Cost Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of estimates, expenses, and changes throughout the project to provide insights for future cost-saving measures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
