We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our clients team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. You also will be part of the Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and keep up-to-date with any changes that may affect HR policies and practices
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage relationships with benefits providers
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on HR metrics as needed
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with company values and culture
- Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management roles
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation: 85K+ Depending on experience
