Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Operation Analyst in Beaverton, OR

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite Beaverton, OR 97005

Pay rate : $30-$35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and develop operational plans or procedures to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
• Provide strategic direction to business groups, assisting with initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and integration efforts.
• Track and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the operation's business scorecard.
• Conduct operations analyses to evaluate effectiveness, capacity utilization, and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement solutions for operational efficiency and productivity gains.
• Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Experience with SAP for operational tracking and resource management (preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in analyses and reporting.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in operational analysis, capacity planning, or related fields.
• Familiarity with business scorecards and KPI tracking.
