Job Description

Title: Administrative Associate / Administrative Assistant

Duration: 12 months

Location: Parma, ID 83660

Pay rate: $25/hr without any benefits

Job Purpose

Support the actions of Commercial Operations by ensuring the adequate management of the formal processes (reports, information maintenance, process training), and professional communication (friendly, fluid and precise). The incumbent will provide administrative support to the team through comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices and procedures, and assemble, prepares and distributes a variety of information.

Knowledge and Experience –

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience
  • 1-2 in accounts payable/accounting or a similar role preferred

Knowledge/Skills

  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suites software, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and are also flexible and open to learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.
  • Are multi-task oriented and able to manage tight deadlines, have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills to efficiently assist internal / external customers.
  • Are a self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to coordinate and prioritize diverse activities to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibility

  • Input customer information paying special attention to the specific agreements of customer Handle the needs of the teams (new hire onboarding etc.) and manage projects and special requests on top of daily responsibilities.
  • Establish and maintain a good climate of collaboration with internal and external customers to detect and solve problems. Transmit the relevant information on time to colleagues from other departments like Logistics and F&A.
  • Coordinate communication to internal stakeholders and M&S to deliver appropriate support. Support the internal CUS teams in their order entry Filing of the documents to be archived.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases, generate reports and documents
