Job Title: Trust Operations Specialist
Job Location: Saint Petersburg, FL-33716
Job Duration: 6 months contract
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday
**This is a temporary to permanent assignment that is expected to last 6 months.**
**This person will be required to work onsite.**
Job Summary:
This person will be providing basic administrative support to Client’s Trust Operations team.
Job Duties
- Responsible for scanning and uploading transaction documents into proprietary database
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Perform various duties as assigned
- Operational tasks for back office and middle office processing ie. posting checks, printing checks, creating workflow items, mail sorting and indexing
Skills:
Must Haves:
- 1-3 years of recent experience in a role that involved data entry, account maintenance, check handling and ideally client-specific information
- Accurate data entry skills data entry test should measure the candidate's speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry)
- Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel)
- Professional demeanor
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
