Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the maintenance crew completes scheduled work in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. This includes managing repairs, maintenance, and installations for machines, tools, equipment, and other company assets. The supervisor will also take charge in emergency situations, providing response plans and ensuring quick resolutions. They are accountable for crew performance, safety, and adherence to work schedules while fostering continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Oversee execution and prioritization of maintenance work in collaboration with production and other departments.
- Ensure completion of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and address any break-in or emergency work.
- Supervise crew development, training, and staffing, and manage inventory control processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and 5+ years of maintenance experience.
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and knowledge of precision maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and 5S.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to manage health, safety, and environmental practices.
