The SAP PM Functional Consultant will play a critical role in implementing and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance solutions, focusing on S/4 HANA migration and enhancement programs. This role requires strong functional expertise, particularly in utilities and SAP Fiori, along with a proven track record in managing preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Plant Maintenance Implementation:
- Design, implement, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, with a focus on S/4 HANA migration.
- Configure and optimize SAP Fiori apps to enhance Plant Maintenance functionalities and user experience.
- Manage Master Data, including Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, and Task Lists.
Industry-Specific Expertise:
- Apply deep knowledge of utilities, particularly electrical utilities, to tailor SAP solutions.
- Leverage expertise in SAP E-Permit, Management of Change (MOC), and Asset Management functionalities.
Maintenance and Integration:
- Oversee processes for Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Calibration Maintenance.
- Collaborate with SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales, and Device Management.
- Integrate SAP with third-party systems like ServiceNow and GIS.
Project Lifecycle Management:
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, and RICEFW functional design.
- Manage system and integration testing, cutover activities, and go-live support.
Client Collaboration and Team Coordination:
- Interface directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution across time zones.
- Adapt work hours to support remote collaboration with offshore teams during overlapping hours.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, including S/4 HANA migration and support.
- Strong knowledge of utilities, particularly in electrical utilities.
- Proficiency in SAP Fiori and integration with Plant Maintenance.
- Familiarity with SAP E-Permit, MOC, and Asset Management.
- Experience with Master Data Management, Notification Management, and Maintenance Orders.
- At least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including systems testing and go-live support.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of integration with ServiceNow, GIS, and other SAP modules like MM and Sales.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams and managing global projects.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.07/hour - $65.73/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
