Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) Proficiency in both French and English (verbal & written)
2) 3-4 years of previous experience in a customer service/ administrative role
3) Previous experience in an in-office/hybrid working arrangement
4) Previous exposure to being measured against KPIs
